Rangers Ground Eagles

HUNTINGDON, Pa.- The Juniata women's lacrosse team lost, 18-2, to visiting conference foe Drew Saturday afternoon at Gibbel Stadium.

The Rangers struck three times in the first minute and four seconds of the game. Natalie Gibson (Annapolis, Md./Broadneck) scored via a free position goal to put JC on the board, but the Greyhounds kept coming. Drew scored 10 more during the first half as JC trailed 13-1 at halftime.

Drew scored twice in the first five minutes to push their lead to 13 before Lauren Rowe (Selinsgrove, Pa./Selinsgrove HS) found the back of the net for the Eagles. Drew scored three more over the last 20 minutes of the game.

Juniata will host DeSales, Wednesday at 4:00.
