A four-year letter winner in both sports, and football co-captain as a senior, Bill Berrier was an All-State and Little All-America fullback in football. Bill set several Middle Atlantic Conference records, held six individual school football records, and was named the team's most valuable back three times. On the diamond, he posted a .325 career batting average and went on to sign a minor league contract with the Dodgers - reaching the AAA level. After his playing career ended, Bill stayed with the Dodgers as a minor league manager. He has served the College in a number of administrative roles including athletic director from 1977-95. A head coach in wrestling and baseball and an assistant coach for football during his career at Juniata, Bill was a co-recipient of the Stanford Mickle Award in his senior year.
