HUNTINGDON, Pa. – The Juniata College women’s volleyball team was honored with the AVCA Team Academic Award along with 89 other Division III institutions for its academic excellence during the 2011-12 academic year, announced Friday.
Juniata College finished narrowly outside the top third of all Division III athletics programs in the final standings for the 2011-12 Learfield Sports Directors’ Cup, presented by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA).
