Springfield, Oh.- The Juniata Men's Squad trekked out to Ohio to play in Wittenberg's Jeff Roope Invitational at Springfield Country Club. The boys battled windy conditions on a day where they shot 324 as a team good for 10th place.
Isaak Bloom led the scoring for the Eagles with an 80. His strong start found him 1 under through 4 holes. Bloom will look to build on a strong front 9 tomorrow. Griffin Snowberger struggled to start the day but finished strong with a 38 on the back 9. Elliot Lingle followed shooting 81. Lingle made 3 birdies good for the team high. Ben Pintof battled en route to carding an 84. Harrison Levithan walked away with an 83.
The Eagles will finish off their trip to Ohio tomorrow starting at 10:00 in a shotgun format.
