Hagerstown, Md.- Women's golf finished in seventh place at Black Rock at the Catholic Cardinal Spring Classic, shooting 381 through 18 holes of play in the rain during day one.
Molly Schweitzer finished with a career-best, shooting an 88 on a challenging course. Schweitzer found five pars to finish day one in a tie for 21st place.
Lily Stewart also posted a career-best shooting 88 in the rain. Stewart had a team-high six pars to tie her teammate in 21st place.
Kylee Marshall finished day one in 32nd place after shooting a 103. Marshall battled the wind to grab a 47 back nine to finish in a tie for 32nd.
Madeline Bainey finished in 31st place while shooting a 102. Bainey pieced together a solid front nine, shooting 49.
Sandy Milby grabbed a 125 at Hershey while battling fast greens. Milby finished in a solo 36th place overall.
Women's golf heads to Hagerstown, Md. on Sunday, April 7th to compete in the Cardinal Classic hosted by Catholic.
