2017-18 (Junior): Indoor- Set a PR in the 400m dash (1:05.31) at the River Hawks Opener...finished 29th in the 200m dash (29.01) at the Susquehanna Challenge...placed 15th in the 400m dash (1:06.45) at the Susquehanna Invitational...placed 4th in the 400m dash (1:03.06-PR) at Landmark Championships...Outdoor- placed 16th in the 200m dash (27.63) at the Jim Taylor Invite...finished 3rd in the 400m dash (1:01.19) at Landmark Championships. 

2016-17 (Sophomore): All-Conference for the distance medley relay team...placed third in the 200m run with a time of 28.50 at Frostburg. 

2015-16 (Freshman): (Indoor) Nichols set a personal record in the 200m, finishing with a time of 29.37 (1/20/2016).
