Huntingdon, PA – The Juniata men's lacrosse team was defeated by a score of 19-4 against the Penn College Wildcats on Wednesday evening at Gibbel Stadium.
Penn College started off the game with seven straight goals, until an unassisted goal from Liam Walsh (04:50) got Juniata on the board. The Wildcats added on six more until the run was broken up by Vincent Belcher assisted by Sterling Belcher (03:21). Juniata had two more goals from Liam Walsh assisted by Matt McCleary (1:37) and Reuben Stoll assisted by Belcher (02:58).
Along with the goal, Stoll added in 2 ground balls with eight shots on goal. Bechler had nine ground balls with five shots on goal. Charlie Newman had three groundballs.
The Eagles will be back at home on March 7th to face off with Spalding University at 6:00 PM.
