2019-20 (Junior): Indoor- Landmark Academic Honor Roll...finished 27th in the mile (6:18.24) and 21st in the 800m (2:48.22) at the Orange & Maroon Classic...placed 35th in the 3000m with a time of 12:34.32 at the Coach I Open...placed 16th in the 5000m coming in with a time of 21:34.60 at the Susquehanna Invitational...took ninth in the mile with a time of 6:14.27 at the DuCharme Invitational...placed 29th in the 3000m at Landmark Championships with a time of 12:14.87. 

2018-19 (Sophomore): Indoor- Landmark Academic Honor Roll...placed 13th in the 5000m (21:15.37) at Landmark Championships...finished 12th in the 3000m with a time of 11:58.61 at the S.U. Invite...placed 10th in the mile (5:51.17) at the DuCharme Invitational...Outdoor- Landmark Academic Honor Roll...placed 6th in the 10000m with a time of 45:45.19 at the Jim Taylor Invite...placed 4th in the 1500m at the Bobcat Invitational with a time of 5:29.86...in the 5000m, placed 9th with a time of 20:33.70 at the Messiah Invite...placed 15th in the 3000m with a time of 11:33.40 at the Ship Mid-Week Invite...placed 21st in the 5000m at Landmark Championships with a time of 20:17.71. 

2017-18 (Freshman): Indoor- placed 19th in the mile (6:16.06) and 18th in the 800m (2:53.57) at the Susquehanna Orange & Maroon Classic...finished 7th in the 5000m (20:40.20) at Landmark Championships...Outdoor- placed 3rd in the 10,000m (43:25.58) at the Jim Taylor Invitational...placed 6th in the 1500m (5:29.21) at the Ship Mid-Week Invite...set a PR in the 1500m (5:19.80) at the Widener Invite...placed 17th in the 5000m (20:20.76) at Landmark Championships.

High School: Did four years of varsity cross country, three years of varsity swimming and three years of varsity track… Was a District 3 qualifier all four years for cross country and made Districts in track as a freshman.

Personal: Parents are Alan and Jennifer… Siblings are Hannah and Kara… P.O.E. is Biology...Grace and Earl Echard (great grandmother and grandfather) attended Juniata.
