2018-19 (Junior): Indoor- Landmark Academic Honor Roll...placed 22nd in the 3000m (12:40.00) at Landmark Championships...placed 19th at the S.U. Invite in the 5000m (21:33.41)...finished 16th with a time of 12:36.40 at the DuCharme Invitational...Outdoor- Landmark Academic Honor Roll...placed 4th in the 5000m with a time of 22:18.54 at the Juniata Invitational...finished with a time of 5:33.69 in the 1500m at the Jim Taylor Invite...took 1st at the Bobcat Invitational in the 5000m (21:24.45)...placed 7th in the 10000m with a time of 45:21.51 at the Messiah Invite...placed 19th in the 1500m (5:18.15) and 20th in the 5000m (20:06.16) at Landmark Championships.
2015 (Freshman): Earned three personal records during the indoor season... In the 800m, Goulden finished with a time of 2:56.10 (1/22/2016), in the 1 mile race, she finished with a time of 6:02.98 (2/20/2016), and in the 3000m, she finished with a time of 12:00.76 (1/22/2016).

High School: Alli earned two varsity letters in cross country and indoor track and one in outdoor track and field... Goulden was named All-Conference Honorable Mention in 2013... She was the the team captain her senior year.
