SELINSGROVE, Pa.- The Juniata women's track & field team traveled to Susquehanna to compete in the SU Easter Invitational.
In the field, Lauren Hahn (Doylestown, Pa, / CB West) recorded three second places on the day. In the shot put, Hahn threw 10.60m, in the discus she threw 34.11m, and in hammer throw she threw, 34.59m.
In the discus, Nandee Correia (Stroudsburg, Pa. / Stroudsburg HS) took fourth as she marked, 10.15m. In the discus, Correia placed fifth, throwing 27.93m. In the hammer throw, Correia placed sixth marking 28.45m. In the high jump, Maggie Taylor (Madison Lake, Minn. / Mankato East), tied for third marking, 1.37m. In the triple jump, Taylor placed fifth marking 9.22m.
In the 400m, Lydia Hiller (Warfordsburg, Pa. / Southern Fulton Jr./Sr. HS) finished second crossing the line at 1:04.68. In the 100m, Sabrina Kelly (Gilberstville, Pa. / Boyertown Area HS) finished seventh coming in with a time of 15.70. In the 200m, Hiller finished fourth with a time of 28.80 while Kelly finished seventh coming in with a time of 33.49. In the 800m, Emily Vogt (Fairfield, Conn. / Fairfield Warde HS) placed seventh with a time of 3:02.65.
Track & field travels to Moravian for the Greyhound Invitational on April 10th.
