Second Half Goals Lift Cardinals Past Eagles

WASHINGTON, DC- The Juniata women's soccer team lost their final conference game of the season, 1-0, at the Catholic University of America, Saturday afternoon. 

Julia Lane gave an outstanding effort in goal, making 10 saves. 

Eighteen minutes in Savana Murray took the first shot of the game for the Eagles, but the Cardinal keeper was up for the challenge. 

Lane made three saves in the first half. 

Catholic found a goal in the 66th minute that proved to be the difference in the game.

The hosts held a 25-1 advantage in shots, and a 7-1 edge in corner kicks.  

Juniata completes the regular season 8-7-3.
