Men’s volleyball remains at No. 4 in AVCA Division III Coaches Poll

HUNTINGDON, Pa. – The Juniata College men's volleyball team remains at No. 4 on the American Volleyball Coaches Association Division III Coaches Top 15 poll, released Tuesday.

There was no considerable shift in rankings in the top 10, as Carthage stayed at the helm, gaining a 15th first place vote, from the previous week's 14. Springfield did not falter, despite losing to Juniata this past weekend in three sets, holding the No. 2 spot but only earning one first place vote. UC Santa Cruz rounded out the top three, finishing 20 points ahead of Juniata with 210 points.

MIT and NYU stayed put at Nos. 5 and 6, while Nazareth and Stevens lingered at the Nos. 7 and 8 spots. Rounding out the top ten are No. 9 Rivier, and Vassar standing strong in the No. 10 spot.

Juniata (12-6) collected three wins this past weekend, going 3-1 in four matches played at Kennedy Sports + Recreation Center. The Eagles return to action tonight in Continental Volleyball Conference action against Thiel College at 6:00 p.m.
