HUNTINGDON, Pa.- Juniata Men's Track and Field standout Spencer Siegel was named Juniata Athlete of the Month for February, as voted upon by members of the athletic department.
The first year from Dillsburg, Pa. broke a 24 year old school record in the Shot Put at the Franklin & Marshall Blue and White Invite and took seventh overall. He finished 12th overall at the D3 Elite Meet at Nazareth, and fourth overall at the Susquehanna University Tune Up.
About Juniata Athlete of the Month Award:
This academic year, we will be introducing the Juniata Athlete of the Month recognition as voted upon by the athletic department. Athletes are only allowed to win once per academic year. The purpose of these awards is to recognize the hard work and effort of our student-athletes.
