Selinsgrove, PA – The Juniata men's track and field team competed at the Susquehanna Tune-up hosted by Susquehanna University on Friday afternoon.
In the 60-meter hurdles prelims Deric Fritzges crossed the line in 9.09 seconds to secure a spot in the final.
Mandel Edelin and Isaiah Huffstutler both ran 7.30 in the men's 60-meter dash taking 13th and 14th place respectively.
In the 60-meter hurdles final, Fritzges finished in 5th place with a time of 9.33.
Lincoln Riddle won the men's 400 with a time of 51.66. Dalton Yohn finished in 13th place with a time of 55.22.
Riddle placed 15th in the 200-meter dash with a time of 24.20.
In the men's 3000, Adam Gallo finished in 6th place with a time of 9:23.95. Finishing in 9th place was McClain Reamer with a time of 9:33.63.
In the 4x400 relay the men's team of Fritzges, Hunter Robertson, Shane Smith and Braden Barrick finished in 4th place with a time of 3:50.71.
Jake Alexander finished the high jump in 8th place with a 1.69-meter jump.
In the shot put, Spencer Siegel placed 4th with a best throw of 13.27 meters. Noah Rice placed 13th with a 10.99-meter throw.
In the long jump, Hunter Robertson finished in 8th place with a 5.85-meter jump. Mandel Edelin finished in 10thplace with a 5.82-meter jump.
Robertson finished 5th in the triple jump with a 12.53-meter jump.
