Ramius Pruiss joined the Juniata men’s volleyball coaching staff ahead of the 2025–26 season.

• Assistant Coach – SUNY New Paltz (2023–24)

  • Focused on player development, match preparation, and team operations

  • Implemented a comprehensive, periodized strength and conditioning model

  • Led athletic performance testing and individualized training plans

  • Primary coach for liberos and team defense

  • Compiled scouting reports and assisted with statistical analysis and match logistics

• Volunteer Assistant Coach – U.S. Military Academy (2020–21)

  • Helped Army capture the Patriot League Championship

  • Assisted in an NCAA Tournament appearance

  • Three players earned All-Conference honors

  • Awarded the Civilian Service Commendation Medal (2021)
