TOWSON, Md. – At the end of each season the Landmark Conference announces the Academic Honor Roll recognizing student-athletes that have reached sophomore standing with a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher. This year, Juniata has placed 40 student-athletes on the fall honor roll, up from 37 on year ago.

Of the 40 Eagles to be recognized, 21 are repeat honorees and eight seniors, Andy Blunk (State College, Pa./State College) and Anthony Glossner (Centre Hall, Pa./Penns Valley) of men’s soccer, Emma Dahums ((Hummelstown, Pa./Lower Dauphin) and Morgan Slovin (Hockessin, Del./Charter School) of field hockey, Jennifer Graves (Manchester, Conn./Manchester) and Paula Pryor (Westbrookville, Burke Catholic) of women’s soccer, Rachelle Wiegand (Manheim, Pa./Manheim Central) of women’s volleyball, and Katrina Woods (Shirleysburg, Pa./Mount Union) of women’s cross country, have received the distinction every year of eligibility.

Of the record setting 22 All-Landmark honors received by Juniata student-athletes this fall, eight also earned honor roll status. Juniata claimed the conference Performer of the Year award in field hockey with Dahmus, women’s cross country with Woods, and women’s volleyball with junior Amelia Kepler (Kane, Pa./Kane Area) and all three ladies are repeat honor roll members.
