Kait Binotto is in her first year as the Assistant Sports Performance Director at Juniata College in 2023-24.
Binotto arrives in Huntingdon following a one-year stint with the strength and conditioning department at Division I Robert Morris University. She was the head strength and conditioning coach for four programs for the Colonials, including Women's Basketball, Women's Soccer, Women's Lacrosse, and Women's Rowing, while assisting with the program's football and men's lacrosse teams. She was responsible for implementing strength, speed, agility, mobility, and conditioning programs for each program. Other responsibilities included maintaining social media pages for the Colonials Strength and Conditioning program, daily maintenance of facilities, and data tracking of body weights and RPE during training sessions.
Binotto was a five-year Edinboro University Women's Lacrosse team member, serving as a goaltender. She served as team captain for her final season, collecting 221 saves in 2022, which was third in Division II, first in the PSAC, and a single-season program record. Her 374 total saves are the most in program history for the Fighting Scots. Binotto was a four-year member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and was the Edinboro SAAC President in 2022.
Binotto earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Athletic Coaching at Edinboro. This year, she earned a CSCS certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
