BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Juniata women's track and field team competed on day two of the Coach P Invitational Saturday.
The Eagles competed in two running events, including the 100-meter and the 400-meter.
Olivia Barbacci claimed 19th with a time of 13.32 in the 100-meter, while Rebecca Christophel finished 32nd with a time of 13.82.
In the 400-meter, Christophel finished 10th with a time of 1:02.20, while Zoe Biles placed 19th with a time of 1:07.44.
JC competed in the high jump and the pole vault.
Ashley Alfree placed 13th in the high jump with a mark of 1.35 meters.
In the pole vault, Barbacci claimed 12th with a mark of 2.80 meters, while Alfree finished 15th with a mark of 2.50 meters.
Emma Coolidge competed in three throwing events, including the shot put, the discus throw, and the javelin throw.
In the shot put, Coolidge placed 19th with a mark of 9.60 meters. In the discus throw, Coolidge placed 22nd with a mark of 24.70 meters. In the javelin throw, she placed 7th with a mark of 32.85 meters.
The Eagles travel to Shippensburg next Saturday, April 29.
