Hahn Named Landmark Field Athlete of the Year as Women's Track and Field Places Sixth at Landmark Championships

SELINSGROVE, Pa.- The Juniata women's track & field team placed sixth at Landmark Conference Championships hosted by Susquehanna.

Sophomore, Lauren Hahn (Doylestown, Pa, / CB West) was named the Landmark Conference Field Athlete of the Year for her performance today. Hahn is Juniata's second field athlete of the year in a row after Kylie Orndorf earned the honor in 2019. 

Lauren Hahn took second in the javelin, marking 37.79m. In the shot put, Nandee Correia (Stroudsburg, Pa. / Stroudsburg HS) placed third (10.79m) while Hahn placed fourth (10.28m). 

In the discus, Hahn placed third throwing, 34.15m and Correia placed ninth throwing, 26.71m. In the hammer throw, Hahn placed fourth marking, 33.50m while Correia placed 12th marking, 26.49m. 

In the high jump, Maggie Taylor (Madison Lake, Minn. / Mankato East) placed 13th marking, 1.32m. In the triple jump, Taylor placed also placed 13th marking, 9.25m. 

In the 400m dash, Lydia Hiller (Warfordsburg, Pa. / Southern Fulton Jr./Sr. HS) placed fourth with a time of 1:02.77. In the 200m dash, Hiller finished 11th with a time of 27.75m while Sabrina Kelly (Gilberstville, Pa. / Boyertown Area HS) placed 21st with a time of 32.27. In the 5000m, Emily Vogt (Fairfield, Conn. / Fairfield Warde HS) finished 17th crossing the line at 20:53.88. In the 100m dash, Kelly finished 18th coming in with a time of 15.19. 

The 4x100m relay team of Hiller, Vogt, Taylor, and Kelly placed sixth with a time of 59.52. The 4x400m relay team of Hiller, Vogt, Taylor, and Kelly placed sixth with a time of 5:06.81.
