Huntingdon, Pa.- The Juniata women's soccer team lost in heartbreaking fashion to visiting Moraivan, 1-0, Saturday afternoon on Senior Day at Gibbel Stadium.
Sarah Betts made four saves for the Eagles.
The Eagles battled through the first half, with Betts making three stops as Moravian held a 5-0 advantage in shots.
Moravian broke through in the 80th minute, as a cross from the right wing fell to a Greyhound forward who volleyed it on the bounce into the right corner.
A free kick ball in the final minute found the head of Sydney Simpson, but her header went right of the goal.
The Eagles will wrap up the regular season at the University of Catholic next Saturday at 1:00.
