UPPERCO, Md. - The Juniata women's golf team participated in the Stevenson Fall Invitational at the Piney Branch Golf Course. Piney Branch is a par 71 course.  

Sofia Amoroso led the way with the Eagles, as she tied for fifth place with a score of 83. Lilli Harding sported the next-best score for Juniata with a score of 136. Sandy Milby tallied 139, and Sarah Linton rounded out the scoring with 140. 

Juniata finished the Invitational with a score of 498 to place sixth.  

The women's golf team is back in action this weekend on Saturday, October 1, as they play in the Scranton-hosted Landmark Conference Fall Preview from the Glenmaura National Golf Course in Moosic. Tee-off time is 11:30 am.
