TOWSON, Md.- Juniata women's golf standout, Sofia Amoroso (West Chester, Pa. / -) has been named Landmark Conference women's golfer of the week for her performance at the Landmark Preview.
Freshman, Amoroso took first place with a score of 86 at the Landmark Preview hosted by Goucher on Saturday. Amoroso's first place finish is the Juniata women's golf team first solo win at a Landmark event in program history.
The team returns October 28th as they compete in the Cabrini Fall Invitational.
