ALTOONA, Pa.- The Juniata women's golf team placed first in the Penn St.-Altoona Invitational, Saturday.
Sofia Amoroso (West Chester, Pa. / -) placed second with a score of 90, Claire Alfree (Mercersburg, Pa. / James Buchanan HS) tied for fifth with a score of 97, Demma Franklin (Lewistown, Pa. / Mifflin County HS) placed sixth with a score of 98. Ellie Miller (Mechanicsburg, Pa. / Mechanicsburg) tied for seventh with a score of 108 and Alexis Zazvrskey (Northern Cambria, Pa. / Bishop Carroll HS) placed ninth with a score of 112.
The Eagles are back in action tomorrow as they compete in the Mount Aloysius Invitational.
