Juniata dominated the second quarter, scoring 22 points to Lycoming's eight. The Warriors had eight turnovers, and Sherman continued her torrid start to the game, scoring 10 points in the quarter. Juniata led 36-19 at the half.
The Warriors battled their way back in the third, and with just under two to play, a layup made it 48-39. The teams traded buckets the rest of the quarter, with two Gerdich foul shots in the final nine seconds pushing the lead back to double digits, 54-43.
The Eagles cruised through the final quarter to preserve the win.
