Ulrich Honored as Landmark Conference Athlete of the Week

TOWSON, Md.- Senior second basewoman, Molly Ulrich (Homer, N.Y. / Homer Central) was one of seven student-athletes honored as the Landmark Conference Softball Athlete of the Week.

With the unprecedented cancellation of spring sports due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Landmark Conference will be recognizing an athlete from each member institution in each conference-sponsored spring sport for the remainder of the academic year.

Ulrich appeared in 109 games during her career as an Eagle, tallying 276 at bats as she hit .283 over her four years to go with 42 runs, 78 hits, 14 doubles, six triples, 38 RBI, 16 walks and 17 stolen bases. The second basewoman had 145 putouts, 104 assists and .947 fielding percentage. She scored the winning run her freshman season in a 4-3 victory over Elizabethtown that sent Juniata to the Landmark Playoffs. She made the Academic Honor roll in both her sophomore and junior seasons.
