Men's Cross Country Sets PR's in 8K Lock Haven University Invite

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Juniata men's cross country team competed in the Lock Haven University Invite on Saturday morning. The race was the second 8K race of the season for the Eagles.

Ellis Kline led the way for the Eagles with a time of 29.38.1. Kline's time becomes a new personal record and improves on his first 8K time of the season of 29:57.3 set at the Dutchmen Invite. Max Scott finished seconds behind Kline as he clocked in with a 29:49.5 8K. Scott set a personal record for the 8K, and he shaved nine seconds off his personal record. 

The Juniata men's cross country team returns to action Saturday, October 8, for the Goucher-hosted Coach Caslin Classic. The third eight-kilometer race of the season for the Eagles starts at 11:00 am.
