LEBANON, Pa. - The Juniata men's cross country team participated in their first 8k race of the 2022 season in the Lebanon Valley College-hosted Dutchmen Invite.

Ellis Kline led the way for the Eagles, clocking in with a time of 29:57.3 with an average per kilometer time of 4:36 to finish 120th overall out of 237 competitors. Kline's pace put him within four seconds of his personal best 8k time that was set at the DeSales Invitational in 2021. Max Scott followed in 154th overall with a time of 31:01.3, averaging 3:53 per kilometer.

The Juniata men's cross country team returns to action Saturday, September 24, for the Lock Haven University Invite. The event will also be an eight-kilometer event.
