MADISON, NJ – The Juniata men's volleyball team had four athletes named to the Continental Volleyball Conference All-Conference Team. Juan Armando, Tyler Goldsborough, and Luke Hoffman were named to the first team, while Will Sierer was named to the third team.
Senior outside hitter Juan Armando earned his first All-CVC selection. With 222 kills, he ranks ninth in the conference in kills per set and is a major contributor to Juniata's seventh-place ranking in kills per set for the 2024–25 season. Against Marymount, Armando recorded his 1,000th kill.
Graduate outside hitter Tyler Goldsborough received his fifth career selection to the All-CVC team and his second time on the first team. In 2024, he was named to the first team, in addition to second-team honors in 2022 and 2023, and third-team honors in 2021. Goldsborough completed the regular season with 3.29 kills per set, good for fourth in the CVC, along with 0.52 service aces per set, ranking third in the conference. Goldsborough was named CVC Athlete of the Week once during the 2024–25 season.
Graduate middle blocker Luke Hoffman was placed on the All-CVC team for the fourth time in his career, marking his second first-team selection. Hoffman leads the CVC and Division III in hitting percentage (.521), leads the CVC in blocks per set (1.21), and ranks eighth in the CVC in aces per set (0.36). Hoffman was named CVC Athlete of the Week twice this season and also received a Juniata Athlete of the Month honor.
Sophomore setter Will Sierer earned his first All-CVC nod, ranking sixth in the CVC in assists per set (6.28) and leading Juniata in total assists with 540.
The Juniata men's volleyball team finished the season with a 25–3 record, ranked fifth in the AVCA Division III Poll. Securing the #2 seed in the CVC playoffs, they will have a bye in the first round, with their first matchup taking place on Friday, April 11.
