Barrett Walters has joined the Juniata men’s and women’s track and field coaching staff as an assistant track and field coach assisting with the throwers for the 2024-25 season.
Walters makes his return to Huntingdon after spending the last four years as a thrower for Juniata College.
During his time in Huntingdon, Walters competed in the hammer throw, weight throw, discus throw, shot put and the javelin throw.
Walters is currently the Juniata record-holder in the hammer throw as well as earning USTFCCCA All-Region honors and multiple Landmark All-Conference selections.
Walters graduated from Juniata in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Conservation.
