Eagles Compete at Coach I Invitational

LANCASTER, Pa.- The Juniata men's track and field team competed at the Coach I Invitational at Franklin and Marshall College on Saturday afternoon.  

Colson Lewis finished fifth in the 60m with a time of 7.06. 

Several Eagles competed in the 200m as Lincoln Riddle took 19th (24.03), Caleb Massare took 25th with a season's best time (24.329), Dalton Yohn was 27th with personal record (24.44), Mandel Edelin took 29th(24.56), Isaiah Huffstutler was 32nd (24.64), Evan Downs was 56th (266.69 and Ivan Foreman was 57th(26.69), Gavin Robb claimed 58th (26.72) and Sean Buckley was 63rd (27.76). 

Braden Barrick took 50th in the 400m with a time of 1:01.26.  

Josh Wilson was 26th in the 800m with a PR (2:05.94), Clark Gaynor took 53rd (2:16.42), McClain Reamer was 60th (2:21,81), Hunter Robertson finished 61st, CJ Coffey took 62nd (2:23,77), Shane Smith was 63rd (2:23.77), Barrick crossed the line 64th (2:23.78) and Dominick Watt was 68th (2:27.85). 

Reamer led the way for JC in the one mile with a PR, as he finished 39th (4:52.52), Coffey was 53rd (5:06.39), Gaynor 59th (5:11.67) and Watt was 66th (5:22.99). 

Adam Gallo took 13th in the 5000m with a time of 16:48.17. 

Jake Alexander was ninth in the high jump (1.67m). 

In the long jump, Massare was 11th (5.72), Edelin was 19th (5.53m), Robertson took 24th (5.16m), Rider was 31st (3.82) and Waylon Ehrenzeller was 33rd (3.51m) 

Robb had a season-best in the pole vault as he took 12th (3.64m), while Buckley took 20th (3.04m).

In the shot put, Spencer Seigel took fifth (13.25m), Noah Rice was 40th (9.71m), Talbot Reed Jaquay PR'd  and took 43rd (9.58m), Logan Hackenberg was 44th (9.25m), and Stephen Kataria was 53rd (5.65m). 

Ehrenzeller took 11th in the triple jump (11.71m). 

Hackenberg was 33rd in the weight throw (10.01m), Talbot Reed-Jaquay (8.79m) was 40th, and Noah Rice took 45th (6.76m). 

Riddle, Massare, Alexander, Deric Fritzges took ninth as they ran a season's best 3:43.21 in the 4x400m. 

The Eagles will compete next Friday at Youngstown State.
