Indoor: Finished in 16th with a time of 18:50.42 in 5000m at Houghton December Classic… Finished in 47th with a time of 5:42.90 in the mile and 50th with a time of 2:34.58 in 800m at the Moravian Invitational… Finished 20th with a time of 18:54.84 at Mini-Dip Invitational at F&M… Finished in 20th with a time of 10:30.34 (PR) at Blue and White Invitational at F&M… Finished in 41st with a time of 5:28.30 (PR) and 55th with a time of 2:30.58 (Best of Season) at SU Tuneup at Susquehanna… Finished in 20th with a time of 18:15.05 (PR) in 5000m at Landmark Indoor Track and Field Championships at Susquehanna... Named to the Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll. 

Outdoor: Set a season-best time in the 5000 meters with a time of 18:01.32 to finish in 29th place at Susquehanna’s Jim Taylor Invitational... Set a personal record in the 3000 meters with a time of 10:36.09 to finish in fifth place at the Ed Fry Invitational at IUP... Set a personal record in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:48.95 to finish in 21st place... Finished the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:37.26 to claim 11th place at the Coach P Invitational at Moravian... Finished the 5000 meters with a time of 18:02.14 to claim 35th place at the Paul Kaiser Invitational at Shippensburg... Set a personal record in the 10000 meters with a time of 36:58.06 to finish eighth and set a personal record in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:25.98 to claim 13th place at the Landmark Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Named to the Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll.  

2021-22 (Sophomore): Indoor - Placed 18th with a time of 18:38.10 in the 5000 meter at the Landmark Conference Track & Field Indoor Championships. Outdoor - Set a PR and placed 10th in the 5000m with a time of 18:00.75... Placed 14th with a time 37:17.97 in the 10,000m run and set a PR to place 17th with a time of 11:42.96 in the 3000m steeplechase... Landmark Conference Spring Academic Honor Roll. 

2020-21 (First-year): Placed 15th in the 5000m with a time of 17:43.84 at Landmark Championships... finished fifth in the 1500m (5:03.48) at the Blue Jay Tune-Up... finished eighth in the 3000m with a time of 10:12.53 at the Juniata Invitational... Placed fourth with a PR of 17:22.86 in the 5000m at the River Hawks Classic... Landmark Academic Honor Roll.
