WESTMINSTER, Md.- The Juniata men's swimming team competed against Ursinus and McDaniel Saturday afternoon.
Marshall Radonovich took second in the 200 IM (2:21.63) while Will Dovey claimed third (2:31.03). Radonovich touched the wall third in the 500 freestyle (5:24.40) while Jay Gajiwala (6:38.27) finished sixth.
Radonovich was fourth in the 100 backstroke (1:00.64), while Matthew Tiernan finished sixth (1:13.95).
Jim Oster, Isaac March, Tiernan and Christian Rota captured second in the 200-freestyle relay (1:44.34). Rota came in third in the 200 backstroke (2:24.25), with Dovey finishing two spots back in fifth (2:27.46).
Max Baronner was third in the 200 breaststroke (2:42.36), with Oster right after in fourth (2:52.62).
Radonovich, Baronner, Kevin Bowser and Rota were third in the 200-medley relay (1:52.56), while Tiernan, Oster, Gajiwala and March took fifth (2:04.42). Oster took fourth in the 1000 freestyle (13.03.91).
Bowser finished third in the 200 butterfly (2:41.18), and fifth in the 100 butterfly (1:04.68). Baronner touched the wall fourth in the 50 free style (24.30), with March close behind in sixth (27.07). Baronner was also fourth in the 100 breaststroke (1:12.17), while March was fifth (1:22.93)
Rota took home fourth place in the 200 freestyle (2:02.87), with Dovey (2.09.94) in sixth and Gajiwala in eighth (2:24.53).
Tiernan was fifth in the 100 freestyle (58.98), while Gajiwala captured sixth place (59.96).
The Eagles return home to host Lycoming and Susquehanna on Friday at 4:00.
