HUNTINGDON, Pa.- The Juniata men's soccer team earned a 1-1 draw with visiting King's College Saturday evening at Gibbel Stadium.
Jayden Gaynor scored the goal for the Eagles. Maxwell Mattioni made two saves in goal for the Eagles.
In the tenth minute, Ryan Angelone played a ball into the box. It rattled around before it bounced in front of Gaynor, who tapped it into the bottom right corner.
Twenty minutes later, King's crossed the ball from the right end line. It deflected off two Juniata defenders before the visitors poked the ball into the net to tie things at one.
Juniata held a 9-5 advantage in shots in the first half.
The Eagles managed five shots in the second half but couldn't get any into the back of the net.
Juniata returns to action at home against Hood on Tuesday at 7:30.
