Waddell earns All-Landmark second team honors

HUNTINGDON, Pa. – Juniata College senior midfielder Luke Waddell (Muncy, Pa./Muncy) earned a spot on the All-Landmark Conference men's soccer second team, released Thursday.

Waddell wrapped up his final collegiate season with a pair of goals and assists. Over his four-year career as an Eagle, Waddell has scored seven goals and assisted his teammates to three marks for 17 career points. Six of Waddell's goals have been game winners, including two from this season's 1-0 wins over Moravian College and Penn State Altoona.

"Luke has been a great four-year contributor in terms of soccer skill and leadership on and off the field. He is the kind of the player that seems to always find himself in the right place at the right time. It is a well deserved award for an accomplished player," said Juniata head coach Dan Dubois.

Juniata finished its season with a 5-8-2 overall record and a 1-6-0 performance in the Landmark Conference.
