State College, Pa. - Men's golf took on a squabble of teams at the Pennsylvania Classic at Penn State's Blue Course shooting 306 as a team. They stand in sixth place through the first day of play.
Kole Washleski slashed his way to a one under 71 today. Washleski goes into day two tied for first place on the back of three birdies and 14 pars.
Colin Wible fired a 77 today at his home course. Tied for 31st place he showed out at his home course today with four birdies.
Ethan Brown followed up nicely shooting 78 putting him in 38th place. Brown stuck one to seven feet on the 10th hole and drained the putt for one of three birdies on the day.
Harrison Levithan battled the wind for an 80 today. In 48th place he made a solid birdie on the 18th hole.
Griffin Snowberger pulled an 81 today. Snowberger birdied the ninth hole today to put him in 53rd place.
The Eagles are back in action tomorrow on Penn State's Blue Course for day two of the Pennsylvania Classic at 11:00 AM in a Shotgun format.
