    HUNTINGDON, Pa. – Twenty-four trips to the foul line and 56% shooting in the second half helped aide the Juniata College mens’ basketball team past archrival Susquehanna University, 68-62, on Saturday evening in the Kennedy Sports and Recreation Center.

    HUNTINGDON, Pa. - - Among his other dubious academic achievements that Jeff Berkey has already received this year, he can add an NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship to that list. He is the seventh student-athlete from Juniata College to earn the prestigious award.

He was named to the 2009-10 College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-District II first team for the college division, released today.
