Haley Palmer joined the Juniata College field hockey staff as an Assistant Coach in May 2025.
Palmer comes to Juniata after serving as an Assistant Coach at Gettysburg College, where she contributed to daily practice operations, recruiting visits, and the holistic development of student-athletes. She also coached with Hymax Field Hockey Club in Owings Mills, Maryland, helping lead practice sessions, design game plans, and guide individual player growth.
Palmer played collegiate field hockey at both Stevenson University and Towson University. A two-time team captain at Stevenson, she earned All-MAC Conference Second Team honors in 2024 and Honorable Mention in 2023. She was also named to the 2022 NFHCA National Academic Squad and the MAC Academic Honor Roll.
Palmer is set to earn A Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Stevenson University in December 2025. As a student-athlete, she balanced a demanding academic load with over 25 hours per week dedicated to athletics, strengthening her skills in leadership, communication, and time management.
