2009 Season: Ellen played in 3 games for Head Coach Caroline Gillich and was part of the team which won the Landmark Conference Championship.

Ellen Santa Maria started playing field hockey in eighth grade and made the switch from soccer to field hockey at Strath Haven High School. She "fell in love with the game of field hockey and after my first season, I fell in love with JCFH as a team." Ellen's POE at Juniata is English Secondary Education with a Secondary Emphasis in Communications.
