2011 Season: Scored the game winning goal against Randolph-Macon (9/11)…clinched the Eagles’ first mark in a 2-1 win over Alvernia (10/11)…assisted the game winning goal in ECAC DIII Mid-Atlantic quarterfinal game against Ramapo (11/9)…finished junior season with three goals and four assists for 10 points…posted two defensive saves.  

2010 Season: Scored her first goal of the season versus Frostburg State to secure a 9-1 victory...scored the first goal in the second round of the Division III NCAA Field Hockey Championship versus Ursinus College...totaled four goals, two assists, and ten points...started in 22 of 23 games she played.

2009 Season: Caroline was ranked third on the team for her number of assists at 5. She scored 2 goals throughout the season and totaled 9 points. She scored 6:09 into the second half to put the Eagles up 3-0 versus Drew in the Landmark Conference Semifinal. As a freshman started and played in 21 games.

Caroline Phillips graduated from Concord High School in Wilmington, Del. She is the daughter of Robert and Patricia Phillips. During her high school career, Caroline earned First Team All-State in 2008 as well as First Team All-Conference in 2007 and 2008. Her POE is English and secondarry education.
