Brunner, Shank Named to Landmark Second Team, Booher Earns Honorable Mention

TOWSON, Md.- The Juniata football team landed three players on the Landmark Conference All-Conference Team defensive lineman Ian Brunner and defensive back Ethan Shank were named to the Second Team, while defensive back Dawson Booher earned an Honorable Mention selection. 

Ian Brunner caps his Juniata playing career with a Landmark Second-Team selection. He totaled six sacks for 35 yards, which was the second most in the Landmark Conference. He also totaled 17 solo tackles, 17 assisted tackles. He was credited with 9.5 tackles for loss, which was ninth among Landmark Conference players, totaling 45 total yards. He also had one blocked field goal, one pass breakup, and one interception for 12 yards.  

Ethan Shank earns Second Team honors following a season with a Landmark-Conference high 92 tackles, including 51 solo tackles and 41 tackle assists. He also had two interceptions and four pass breakups. 

Dawson Booher places on the Honorable Mention list after collecting the second-most passes defended, most interceptions, and a tie for the seventh-most pass breakups among Landmark Conference players. He ended the year with seven pass breakups and four interceptions. Two of his interceptions came in Juniata's victory over Hartwick in September. He also totaled 25 solo tackles, eight assisted tackles, and one sack for eight yards. He had 3.5 tackles for loss totaling 25 yards, while he forced one fumble.
