HUNTINGDON, Pa.- The Juniata baseball team picked up its first Landmark Conference win of the year, 10-4, against visiting Lycoming on a chilly Tuesday at Langdon-Goodale Field.

Connor Rohm pitched 6.0 innings, allowing seven hits, three runs on two hits, and two strikeouts. Michael Warren went 2-4 with a home run, a triple, five RBI, and two runs scored, while Joey Woodrow was 1-3 with a homer, two RBI, a walk, and a run scored. Corey Daniels went 1-3 with an RBI, two stolen bases and two runs scored.

The Warriors struck first with a homer to left in the top of the second inning.

Jordan Chui reached on an infield single with one out in the third. Two batters later, Charlie Bakken walked. Warren smashed a triple over the right fielder's head, Daniels singled up the middle to score Warren, and Woodrow smashed a homer over the fence in left to push the Eagle advantage to five.

Warren added three more in the fifth with a three-run shot to left.

The visitors crossed the plate twice in the sixth and once in the seventh to make it 8-4. Zach Johnson's RBI double scored Daniels, and Dakotah Snyder's sacrifice fly in the eighth allowed Chui to score following his double to left.

Juniata returns to action tomorrow against Dickinson at 3:30.
