Duffy Named First Team All-America, Hoffman Receives Honorable Mention

LEXINGTON, Ky.- The American Volleyball Coaches Association has announced the DIII Men's All-America Awards for 2023, with Kevin Duffy III getting named to the first team and Luke Hoffman receiving honorable mention.

This is Duffy's fourth appearance on an All-America team, having made two first teams, a second team, and received honorable mention during his career.  

He tied for first in the Continental Volleyball Conference with a .453 hitting percentage, was first in total blocks with 108, and was first in blocks per set at 1.09. He was 11th in total points with 296.0. Duffy is currently fourth in the country in hitting percentage at .452. He is sixth in the country in blocks per set at 1.091. 

Hoffman receives honorable mention, adding to his collection of awards after a banner season. Hoffman finished second in the conference in hitting percentage at .442, was second in total blocks with 84, third in service aces with 40, and 12th in total points at 285.5. He currently sits fifth in the country in hitting percentage.
