ARLINGTON, Va. – No. 1 Juniata College men's volleyball dominated Marymount University in its 3-0 (25-17, 25-20, 25-19) win Saturday night in its second consecutive Continental Volleyball Conference (CVC) match. Juniata (20-3) is now 7-0 against conference opponents.
Junior Mark Feiler (Mountville, Pa. / Hempfield) led with a match-high 10 kills. Sophomores Matt Elias (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn) and Carlos Faccio (Guaynabo, P.R. / San Ignacio) led the offense and combined for 42 assists, helping lead the Eagles to a .421 team hitting percentage.
Juniata finally returns home after an eight match road stint. They take on Thiel College on Wednesday, March 26 at 7 p.m. in the Kennedy Sports+Recreation Center. The Eagles beat Thiel 3-1 back on February 26 and will be looking for their 10th win in 11 matches.
