HUNTINGDON, Pa. – For the second week in a row, the Juniata College men's soccer team is regionally ranked by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA), the organization announced Tuesday. The Eagles slot in at number nine in the Mid-Atlantic region after a tough 2-0 loss to regionally No. 8 Misericordia University.

"We were ranked last which was great," said head coach Dan Dubois. "Obviously we've done enough to stay there. We lost our only game last week to a great team. It reinforces what we've been telling our team. We lost to a fantastic program last week. It's unfortunate to lose, but we've done enough to have people continue to recognize that we're one of the better teams in the region. It's a great thing for the guys to be recognized for a second consecutive week. It shows not only did we get here, but also that it wasn't a fluke. We deserve to be here."

The Eagles next face Landmark Conference foe Goucher College, in the second half of a double header with the women's team, this Saturday, Oct. 12, at 3:30 p.m.
