Men's Golf Opens Season at Elizabethtown Invitational

HERSHEY, Pa.- The Juniata men's golf team competed at the Elizabethtown Invitational this afternoon at Hershey Country Club East.

The Juniata men were split up into two teams. One team finished fourth and the other placed sixth. The fourth place team consisted of, Matthew Munoz (Worthington, Ohio. / Findlay HS), Kamden Clapper (Osterburg, Pa. / Chestnut Ridge HS), Eduardo Moya (Naucalpan de Juarez, Mexico / -), and Caden Hendrickson (Harrisburg, Pa. / -). The sixth place team consisted of, Michael Howard (Sykesville, Md. / Liberty High School), Connor Krisko (Elizabethtown, Pa. / -), Jake Matchock (Ramey, Pa. / Moshannon Valley H.S.), and Luke Boyle (Brick, N.J. / -)

Howard tied for eighth with a score of 84, Munoz tied for tenth with a score of 85 and Clapper and Sunderland tied for 15th. Moya tied for 18th with a score of 90, Hendrickson tied for 22nd with a score of 92, Matchock placed 30th with a score of 102, and Boyle placed 31st with a score of 115. 

The men's golf team will travel to Moravian on April 6th.
