HUNTINGDON, Pa. – Juniata College senior Erin Smith (Palmyra, Pa./Palmyra) and freshman back Meghan McGlone (Coopersburg, Pa./Southern Lehigh) have been named to the Longstreth/National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) All-South Atlantic Region teams.

Smith earned First team All-South Atlantic Region honors, while McGlone was a Second team selection. 

McGlone, the 2008 Landmark Conference Rookie of the Year, tallied two goals and two assists for six points and had three defensive saves this season, for a Juniata squad that finished 9-12 and captured its second consecutive Landmark Conference Field Hockey Championship. Smith finished with six goals and four assists for 16 points, and earned all-conference honors for the first time in her collegiate career. Both received First team All-Landmark Conference honors last week.
