HUNTINGDON, PA- Coming off a 21-13 victory on the road last Saturday against Grove City to begin the season, the Juniata football team hosts Centennial Conference foe Dickinson this Saturday. Kickoff at Knox Field is set for 1 p.m.

 
Quarterback Ward Udinski (Doylestown, PA/Central Bucks West) passed for 186 yards and one touchdown and ran for 93 yards and two scores in last week's win over the Wolverines.  The offense totaled 336 yards and was 3-of-4 in the redzone. The defense was led by Brian Pyle's (Lancaster, PA/Hempfield) seven and a half tackles. He also had a pass breakup. Ethan Wilt (Altoona, PA/Altoona Area) added seven tackles. Kweku Parker (York, PA/Central York) had six tackles, one sack, and a forced fumble.

 

The Red Devils dropped their opener on the road against #12 Hobart in Geneva, NY 33-21. Cedric Madden led the Devils in rushing with 63 yards while Lex Lauletta covered 40 yards on four carries for the day. Cole Ahnell completed 14-of-20 passes for 163 yards as Anders Overhaug made three catches for 56 yards and Brent Scardapane finished with 44 yards on the day.

 

The Eagles defeated the Red Devils last season in Carlisle 37-14. The win snapped Dickinson's 10-game winning streak over Juniata and it was the team's first win on the Red Devils' home field since 2002.
