2017 (Freshman): Played in six games and started in the goal in two...totaled 14 saves during the season. 

High School: Jacob participated in baseball for four years and soccer for four years while in high school... For both sports he received three varsity for each sport...In 2014, Jacob was YAIAA Division 3 honorable mention all-star...In 2015, he was YAIAA Division 3 first team all-star, Division 3 goalkeeper of the year, and team MVP...In 2016, Jacob also won the YAIAA Division 3 first team all-star, YAIAA Division 3 goalkeeper of the year, YAIAA senior all-star, and team MVP...While playing baseball Jacob, was YAIAA Division 3 first team all-star in 2015...In 2016, he was named team defensive MVP and in 2017 Jacob was YAIAA Division 3 all-star outfielder. 

Personal: Son of Chad and Julie Owings...P.O.E. is Wildlife Biology.
