Will Marable is entering his first year as an assistant coach at Juniata College. Coach Marable came to the Eagles from North Carolina Wesleyan College.  Prior to North Carolina Wesleyan College, Will Marable was the defensive backs coach at Elizabeth City State University in 2016.  While at ECSU he mentored cornerback Malcolm Cherry who earned first-team All-Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association honors. Cherry finished the season second in the nation with 17 pass break-ups, along with 49 solo tackles, three tackles for loss, and four interceptions; one being returned for a touchdown. Marable's cornerbacks accounted for a total of 102 tackles, 26 pass break-ups, six interceptions (80 return yards), 3.5 tackles for loss, and a touchdown.  Prior to ECSU, he spent the 2015 season as defensive line/strength and conditioning coach at Ellsworth Community College. Under Marable's tutelage, three defensive line players were all Iowa Community College Athletic Conference conference players (Louy Compton, Brandon McCracken, and Tyler Chaudoin). Also, the entire defensive line produced 24 sacks for the season; while helping the Ellsworth defense finish top 20 in the NJCAA in rush defense.  Prior to coaching at Ellsworth, Marable played defensive back for three years at West Virginia University from 2011-2013. At West Virginia University, he was part of winning an Orange Bowl and Big East Championship.
