LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Juniata women's cross country team wrapped up the 2022 season in the six-kilometer NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals on Saturday morning.  

Rebecca Christophel finished the event in 26:29.0, averaging 4:16.2 per kilometer to finish in 147th place out of 209 competitors. Christophel made a large improvement on her 2021 regional time when she finished in 31:48.2. 

Christophel will now set sights on the indoor track and field season, where she competes as a sprint and mid-distance runner.
